Kiki Wu is a digital media artist whose research includes interactive art, AR/VR, and experimental sound art. Her works applied with open-sourced technology(Blender, A-Frame, Tensorflow, and real-time motion tracking technology (Kinect sensors), sound analysis ( Max MSP), are able to provide immersive experiences through interactive exhibitions and demonstrate her interests in the relationship between human and technology. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Digital Media Art at San Jose State University and is teaching Art 75: Introduction to Digital Video Art in the program.

During 2014- 2015, She worked as a production director on the film, Anything But Truth which was based on true crimes in Taiwan. Anything But Truth later won several awards including the 5th Macau International Micro-movie Festival and 41st Media Art Award and was selected for the 14th International Student Film & Video Festival of Beijing Film Academy, 2016 Youth Film Festival in Taiwan and China. Recently she has been working on VISA – Virtual Institute of Simulation Art with Iranian artist Leily Khitibi and CADRE Lab for New Media at San Jose State University, as well as an AR experimental project, Hidden Histories of San Jose Japantown with San Jose Japanese American Museum.
